delivery of your package
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The standard shipping method is Exapaq. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transport. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products.
If you notice that your package is damaged, re-taped, open, do not hesitate to issue a detailed and reasoned reservation upon receipt of the package ... You have up to three days maximum to make a complaint by Registered Letter with Acknowledgment of Receipt from the carrier.

The return must be in the original packaging and is your responsibility.
